Hajara is the founder and chief in charge of Al Amodi Avenues. She brings a rich experience in business, technology and investing.  She was also the founder of a software services company.  Hajara ran large scale projects for companies in IT, transport and international companies, leading merger and acquisition in South Asian countries. She has an ability to identify lucrative investment opportunities in equities and real estate. Her successful portfolio is a reference to it.  Hajara has grown  AAA from a small start up to a successful business, with a presence in different continents.

Our Chairwoman is an active business community member, A board of director for international companies in e-commerce, real estate, education and research. She also Co Chairs, the Chicago campaign of 2020 Women on  Boards in Chicago, which is an organization, focused on increasing women diversity on corporate boards and creating a pathway for them to succeed in the board room. She also does similar work in the Middle East. 

She makes time and effort to share her knowledge and experience with other people, by giving speeches and presentations. She is often invited to speak on technology and its  progress, business & investments and on women progress and growth.
